Nowadays we supply some of the finest luxury hotels, restaurants, and international organizations, with the support of our own production facilities based in Shanghai and Beijing. We work with many first class international hotels in China hosting various events at the satisfaction of their end customers.

Beijing 2008 Olympics - “LA PERLA” gelato was appointed as the only and official supplier for Casa Italia CONI (for Italian athletes team and the Italian Olympic committee), and a large number of top hotels including those based in the Olympic Village.

Safety standards have always been the top priority in our work. Our company is among the first manufacturers of fresh Ice Cream in Shanghai and Beijing to be granted with QS Certificate（Chinese National Industrial Production License, which is the national authority for safety standard）. We consistently operate on an above industry benchmark level. As a result we were one of the two companies officially recommended by the local food safety & hygiene standard authority to the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai as Top Enterprise.

In addition, we have been operating HACCP system since 2005 in order to meet the increasing expectations on food safety standards from some of our best five star hotels and organizations.
